Norico Ltd - A holistic brand refresh
Norico came to us as a 37 year old brand that had never embraced digital, at a point where competition was strong and a holistic strategy was required to meet business goals.

As brand and digital marketing consultants, it’s a rare and refreshing opportunity to build something entirely new, something that elevates a brand to match its market leading status of over 37 years.
Beginning with a thorough client discovery session and competitor analysis allowed us to lead the project with a data-led approach, building assets that spoke directly to the target market.

We formulated a full data-led brand strategy, including an entirely unique and bold new visual identity for Norico, allowing the organisation to put their best foot forward regarding their primary business goal of developing new business in untapped markets.
The visual identity included a full CI (corporate identity) brand pack, including logos, letterheads, business cards, email signatures, and a foundational presentation pack.
Development & SEO
With primary goal as a lead generation site, a tech stack including WordPress CMS, HubSpot CRM, and 10Web hosting was built out, which also necessitated a shift to a comprehensive productivity suite – Google Workspace – which was implemented, branded, and basic training provided to the client.
For the website build, we first set about categorising service offerings into clear verticals for a logical and comprehensive user journey. Keyword research was conducted to ensure new page alignment with search intent. Wireframing was created in Figma, before being crafting the UI in WordPress. All onsite elements were optimised to SEO best practice standards.
The website also received a full CRO work-through, ensuring a logical user journey and easy lead gen CTAs through every page and contact point.
Results
Norico were thrilled with their new identity and owned assets!
We fast tracked Google page indexation, implemented Google Search Console and Google Analytics for ongoing search analytics and reporting.
Norico utilise a predominately outbound sales and marketing process, so unfortunately no additional budget was assigned to SEO, though next steps of Outreach and Content Strategy were advised.
We’ve seen a steady uptick in Impressions and Conversions as SERPs visibility has improved with time.
Overall, the project was delivered within scope and time (3 weeks) and we were overjoyed at Norico’s reaction to a high performance digital ecosystem.
